These manuals serve as a guide for each new opening or renovation of an existing hotel, and reflect the design and technical solutions characteristic of the hotel brand in question.
To prepare the manuals, we develop an initial planning, which takes into account the objectives of the project, as well as the client’s requirements and the space analysis. In addition, we include rules and regulations, architectural design and other fundamental aspects of the project such as technical documents, a construction schedule and quality procedures.
